The flexible DNA and RNA Gel Electrophoresis System
Flexicast System includes electrophoresis unit with platinum electrode cassettes, safety cover, power leads, internal cooling chamber, buffer circulation ports, 4 different lengths of 14cm wide winged UVT gel trays (8, 12, 16 and 20cm long), 2 adjustable height combs and Continuously Adjustable Gel Caster. Gel Bed dimensions are 14cm(w) x 20cm(l). For separation and identification of DNA and RNA fragments, PCR products and synthetic oligonucleotides. Recommended buffer volume is 1600ml.

Gel Tray Specifications:
1) All 4 gel trays are winged for easy handling – no more sticking fingers into slippery buffer to extract gel tray.
2) Made from sturdy 6.4mm thick UV transparent acrylic.
3) Grooves in gel tray corners create agarose anchors to prevent gel flotation during electrophoresis.
4) Gel tray configuration allows single run or multiple simultaneous short runs.
